I'm Kathryn Chappell, a dedicated Realtor with deep roots in the heart of Texas. I was born and raised in the Lone Star State, but I ventured out of state for 19 years, spending 15 of those years in Louisiana. Now, I've found my way back home to Texas.

My journey has given me a unique perspective on life and a strong sense of community. I have a deep love for Texas and its people, which is evident in my work as a Realtor. I'm not just a professional; I'm a neighbor and a friend to my clients. I'm committed to helping people find their dream homes and make the Lone Star State their own.

Beyond my real estate career, I'm a woman of many interests and talents. I enjoy crafting, losing myself in the pages of a good book, dancing to the rhythm of life, and immersing myself in the world of theater. My vibrant social life reflects my love of connecting with friends and making meaningful memories.
